DTF Powder provides an excellent bonding function to a wide range of fabrics, especially elastic materials, ensuring high-quality, long-lasting prints that stand up to wear and washing.

Operating Steps:

1. Create the Design: Start by designing your desired pattern.

2. Print the Image: Print the design onto the matte side of the transfer film using mirror mode.

3. Apply DTF Transfer Powder: Evenly distribute the white DTF powder over the printed image, then remove any excess powder.

4. Cure the Powder: Bake the hot melt powder by hovering the film at 140-150°C for 2 minutes. For two-head machines, set the temperature to 110-120°C, and for four-head machines, use 120-140°C.

5. Heat Transfer: Press the image onto the fabric using a heat press at 150°C for 6-8 seconds with medium pressure (3-6kg).

6. Peel the Film: After cooling, gently peel the film away from the transfer to reveal a perfect, finished print.
